We have chosen industry leading delivery companies to dispatch orders and make sure each product is delivered promptly. We are able to supply a 1st class service to domestic UK addresses, Europe and Internationally. All orders to USA & Canada include import fees and taxes at the checkout, so no need to worry about any additional cost at customs.

ORDERS
Orders before midday – The courier will pick up the goods from the warehouse in the afternoon. Orders after midday and the goods will be picked up the following day and taken to the main hub for sorting.
IN TRANSIT
Once the courier has picked up your parcel and delivered it to their local branch, the goods will be sorted ready for delivery the next day. The courier at this point will be able to send you an email or text message so you can track your parcel on its journey.
CUSTOMS & IMPORT TAX
All prices Inc. VAT on the website, so no VAT will need to be paid to the UK & EU, this will be noted on the invoice and presented for going through customs. If a parcel is to be sent Internationally – A customs handling fee and import tax may be applicable. For example in the USA :

All orders will be the final price and include all import and customs duty where possible. This will be arranged on our end before delivery so you don’t have to worry about paying anything additional. Once the order is completed through the website we will then check with the courier if there are any additional charges and let you know before shipping – but in most cases the final cost on the website will be the total cost to customer.
Sometimes it can be easier if the buyer (USA for example) provides their own courier for pick up, which we can arrange if you prefer. Please contact us via the contact form if you would prefer this method.
